:: The One with Genting Outdoor Theme Park ::
Over the weekend, plans for a makan trip was scrapped for a trip up to Genting Highlands.
It has been long since I actually made the winding uphill drive to hit the outdoor theme park. 7 years to be exact. The revvy drive from PJ takes roughly 45 minutes via MMR2.
The city that never sleeps is still making millions from the nation’s only premier theme park and not forgetting to mention the only legalized casino in the boleh-land. It’s some how sad to see the blind flocking the casino, lost in time itself, gambling away their riches in a matter of minutes. It’s even more saddening for chinese community.
All those are changed the instant I lay my eyes on the happy faces of the young and youthful in the outdoor theme park. Well, joy can be bought here in Genting.
Up here, anyone can be a child again. Just take a few hours of fun in the extended hours of the outdoor theme.
This is the very first and last time you’ll see me on the Space Shot. I’m finding the words to describe the emotions that perfectly fit it.

I guessed I made the right choice to bring you and Isaac up on the space shot. At least both of you have the opportunity to take a ride up to seventh heaven, touching the clouds before your balls gutched out during the free fall. And you can shout about it to your friends that yes, you have had a ride on the space shot.
That was the best 3 seconds of my life, by the way!! Hahaha

7th heaven? Nah don’t need such things. Go sky diving better, got a chute, goggles and 25,000 feet of free fall for you to do all sorts of stunts in mid air.

i must try. i also wana try skydiving and bungee jumping and waterskiing. all the xtreme sports.

gerald : heart attack? my bro…you should have seen the expression from loong after the ride. i was practically in tears dy.
the 1st drop was horrific : couldnt breathe or yell out. and the chair made my crotch *chao kan*.
jon : i dont know man, if they ask me take off my specs to dive i may think twice. its bad enough to free fall then plus dizzyness due to different eye power lagi mati.
but i wanna try para-gliding.

extreme sports seriously gives me the creeps. for that spilt second it feels like i’m no longer in control. anything just goes. then u start thinking of some FINAL DESTINATION thingy.

jccy : zhen ma de. i didnt realize that i had to scream b4 we started to plummet down to ground zero. both loong & i couldnt shout out the moment the ride started and it felt like my guts were gonna pour out.
