:: The One with Happy New Year 2008 ::
So here we are in 2008, the beginning of a new year and at the end of last year, 2007. Time just seems drift by ever so obliviously when we aren’t paying attention to life. Without trying to be cheesy, it just feels like January 2007 was yesterday, no? Most of us would take this time to reflect back on the year that has just strolled by, thinking of the millions of “What if’s” in our daily lives.
At the end of 2006, we celebrated the new year at 1-Utama but this year, we decided to usher in 2008 at Cineleisure/The Curve to avoid the traffic congestions before and after the celebrations that would easily last for hours and hours.
Walking seemed to be the best available option to beat the jams. Well, we were greeted with human congestion too.
The crowd taken here was just the tip of the ice berg. The whole road between Ikano Power Centre and The Curve was packed like sardines and Cineleisure/The Curve just exploded with human activity.
My new year resolution? Try to be less mean and…..
