:: The One with the Best Cendol ::

The other day I decided to bring Grace, Gerald, Hin Loong and Ivan for a jalan-jalan cari makan session.
Cendol Klang is situated on Jalan Nanas (Near the traffic lights)
After a hearty Bak Ku Teh lunch (pics on Gerald’s), we headed for Malaysian’s favourite dessert!
Campur Cendol!
One can choose from Campur, Pulut dan Aiskrim Cendol with abundant of gula melaka!
YEA, it beats the crap out of Penangitis Road’s Penangitis Cendol.

i dun like santan like thingy….
i personally think Penang has the best ABC though.. somemore can mix with Fruits…HaHa..

Jesca: if you dont like santan stuffs..and u really love fruits…come to Ipoh’s hawkers’ street….IMHO…we have one of the best fruits ice kacang…hahahaha

all : sry for the late response! was back in ipoh and didnt have internet connection, or rather it was very slow.
btw, its sad that ipoh no longer have many ice kacang or cendols that are nice to consume no more. the stadium ones are closed down, whilst you can get them at tong sui kai (sam tet primary)

Ehh……I think this cendol place is familiar……nvr been there, but IIANM, this cendol Klang is the same as the cendol at SS15!! Cuz I remember in The Star before got mention abt famous cendol place is at klang, which also open at SS15. Probably.
From the pics, they do look similar: got cincau n jagung aside from the usual green thing, santan n sirap gula, except for the red…something, cuz I always ask for pulut
But SS15’s cendol n rojak is definitely popular, to be named after klang’s cendol!! Often kene queue panjang, esp the rojak!! heheh, Subang Jaya rulz!!
One day, I was drinking cendol there, n decided to sit the same table wit an unknown young man. Had a little chat wit him, n u know what? He is Syed Zainal Abidin’s (yes, that Proton MD) cousin!! Ironically, he drives a Naza Citra……bt I suppose I can understand his choice, which Proton can oni offer in early 2009.
