Messing around with computer parts is normal for guys like me. I’ve done stupid stuff with my old P4 setup and I just did something to add to that sillyness.
Added to my collection this time round is a mouse pad.
Razer Mantis Control - Precision Mousing Surface

Lol… I want the Mantis… But I have not gotten a reason yet to change from my current eXactmat…
Maybe save money and get a nice Logitech mouse…

fei kor : lol, no la, its just that i find that place to not bad, they have a rather wide range of products, some at a fraction of the price of the in low yat after you kira the petrol and parking.

I already sien using Razer… Even my Copperhead also quite small for my grip and i’m not really that keen on spending so much on a Razer again…
Gettin a logitech mouse is cheaper and most of the new logitechs use an advanced version of the MX300 optical sensor, which is quite good…

Wah, u got the mantis eh? My fren has the exactmat, tried it n felt it was…1/2 nice. One surface I like, bt the other surface I dun like.

sha : wah. YOU HAVE BEAR PAWS AH? the copperhead kira huge already le. I never really fancied logitech stuff even though i’m using their keyboard. looking for a razer/microsoft reclusa.
tokmoh : oh, the exactmat is made of a metal thingy right? the mantis is made of a cloth like material which is rather soft on the wrist IMHO. =)

Lol… Play with it a lot so when use other larger mouse, feels kinda small… The reclusa is kinda ok, and the new razer lachesis sucks… basiclly a copperhead with higher DPI, which is kinda useless, unless ur the kinda person that can actually tell the difference and performance is affected by a change in DPI

sha : yea i totally agree with you on that. sometimes the dpi is already too high up and somemore wanna jack it up; i dont think i will feel any different except for the overall feel of the mouse since we all can adjust the sensitivity to whatever spds we want.
i’m actually looking for the tarantula keyboard but that is freaking expensive.

Emm…the exactmat is made of…the same material to make non-stick fry pan. Yes, I’m absolutely serious…unless my fren kids me, bt I observe n feel it, it rly does feel like touchin a non-stick frypan. That’s the side that I like, bt flip to other side…felt like a car’s dashboard kinda plastic…like ones in Gen2. Eww…
U want tarantula? How abt saitek, their gamin keyboard is ok to me, or the logitech G15!! It even has an LCD, dam cun!! Bt then, u’re usin Logitech, so heheh……depends la. Of the three, I’d def prefer the Logi G15

Kevin: The G15 gets my vote… but even now I’m using a cheap Packard Bell keyboard. My dad took my Logitech multimedia keyboard.
Tokmoh: I agree that the exactmat is made of frying pan material. but the control part is a dream to use. Just nice for DotA and for my AK47/carbine for CS… the speed part is too slippery. And coz my hand so big, the mouse is kinda loose and when I whip it around, almost slid off the bloody table…

Nope mine is the black one. Not the white keyboard. Well I thought my copperhead was going to give trouble recently but seems its not if not I would have ordered the new 4k dpi mouse that razer has. Meh.
