:: The One with Bangkok Part II ::

There is this one place in Thailand that you folks must visit if you have the oppurtunity.  Its called Samut Songkhram as blogged previously by Grace.

We visited a few temples in the region and were blowned away by the detailed handcraved temples.

Buddhist monks in Thailand are a total contrast to the ones you find back here in Malaysia.  This may be a generalisation comment but many times do we notice our so called “monks” walking the streets of KL, asking for donations or we see a handful of them gracing the shopping complexes.

Buddhism is so wide spread in Thailand that there are temples of various shapes and sizes are located in every corner of the country!

Then there’s this place, Don Hoi Lot.

Life is not at all easy for the locals here.  Picking clams for your consumption is hard work.

Now then, all of this weren’t possible of not for these two.  Thanks!
