Never set foot into the Bukit Jalil stadium ever since it was built way back for the ‘98 Commenwealth Games. Still keep to my views that most “important” structures in Malaysia are under utilized for the price paid.

After much coaxing, I joined Grace to watch the live match between United vs Malaysia Boleh team. Had some other friends at the match but they were all scattered around and the network coverage was, Malaysia Boleh.

Had my reservations to come to the live match. The last time I was in a stadium was back in primary school, recall watching a live Perak footy match with concrete seats and the humid open air.

But I take them back. The experience was nothing short of amazing. We had more than a few transparent human beings at the railings, lalang supporters cheering whichever team that scores, United doing two Malaysia Bolehs, sardine packed stadium, opportunist Technology Park Malaysia charging for parking, ballfull Liverpool+Chelsea+Arsenal jersied fans, kompang driven Msian team fans, Malaysia Boleh replays on big screen, so on so forth.

Would I come again for another match? Yeap, but not this coming Monday. =)

Kompleks Suka Negara… You did it deliberately or what???
The last time I set foot in a stadium was a few years ago, some kinda motor stunts, perfect for mat rempits and drifter wannabes.

Fuh!! 3-2, either Malaysia kasi rasuah or MU really lost their standard or MU just wanna bagi muka since they are playing on our home turf..

kitkat : no le, didnt deliberately do it. was queuing up to get in the gates when the tree blocked “N”. now they still have the drifting thing in the carpark areas i think.
vincent : 1st msia goal was damn good. 2nd one was a stupid mistake by the goalie. but i think the turf was bad.

Poor Indonesians, their match cancelled :I
Our local teams did pretty well, I heard quite a number of people boo-ed them when they scored against MU.
I was like WTF, why so unpatriotic? MU fanboy-ism at its ugly best.

tokmoh : umm, was there. both united n msian players got boo-ed when they went down too easily or tried lousy shots.
