Laptop is near officially dead.
Diagnosed as graphic card failure involving a major surgery of replacing both the motherboard and graphic card.
The raw price of repairs will need some consideration.

guys : prefer a laptop anyday since i dont game. anyway, there may be hope to fix it for a cheaper price.

gerald : but looking at the netbook prices, at times its more reasonable and logical to get something for a few hundred more.
